The end of SWAT season 7 gets a candid response from lead star Shemar Moore. Created by Shawn Ryan, a TV vet known for dramas like The Shield and The Night Agent, the action procedural has been a big hit since its debut in 2017. Although the show was originally cancelled, due to issues of licensing fees and co-ownership, SWAT season 7 was ultimately renewed after further negotiations and confirmed to be the last.
