‘SEAL Team’ Season 7 Release Date, Cast, & Where To Watch

SEAL Team Season 7 will finally see the end of the popular military action series. Paramount+ almost canceled the show, but agreed to let it play out for one more season. Here is what fans can expect from the final season and when it will premiere on streaming.

SEAL Team Season 7 premiere date

Star David Boreanaz (Angel, Bones) fought hard for his show to return for a seventh season, and he got his wish. SEAL Team stars Boreanaz as  Jason Hayes, the leader of a Navy SEAL team (known as Bravo Team). The team has suffered great losses and struggles in many areas with the trauma from their jobs.

CBS has already ended the show’s run on network TV, but fans get to keep following the story as it moved to CBS’s streaming service, Paramount+. Once there, it finished its fifth season and sired its sixth season. Now, there is one more season coming with Season 7.

SEAL Team Season 7 will air on August 11 on Paramount+. There will be 10 episodes in the final season, ending the story. There were rumors of a movie following the series, but don’t expect that to happen. Boreanaz has already hinted that he has signed on for a new show and is currently working on the next step in his acting career.

What Is SEAL Team Season 7 About?

The trailer for SEAL Team Season 7 hit, and it looks like changes are in store. There are new characters joining the team, forced changes in how their wars are fought, and many members needing to choose between families and their service.

Beau Knapp is one of the new actors joining the series. He will play a Chief Petty Officer with a “checkered past” who fits in with the rest of the Bravo Team’s members. However, he also brings an attitude that could possibly destroy the team’s current semblance of balance.

Last season, members of the Bravo Team stood up at Jason Hays’ Navy Cross ceremony to say that they suffer from PTSD, which results in headaches, inability to sleep, and memory lapses. Could this play into their futures on the Bravo Team, and could Season 7 force them out of the only thing they know?

For anyone who wants to catch up or relive the past, every episode of SEAL Team is available to stream on Paramount+. The new season hits on August 11 and will finish the story with 10 episodes and then fans will have to find a new obsession to replace the hit series.
