‘Fire Country’ Star Jared Padalecki Breaks Silence With Important Instagram Note for Fans

Jared Padalecki isn't one to post often on Instagram these days. But after his stint on Fire Country, he decided to break his social media silence to give fans a bit of a pick-me-up for the holiday season.

The actor just wrapped up a recurring role on the CBS drama, and he decided to share a bit of wisdom with his followers during the most wonderful time of the year. As the holidays can sometimes be tough on people emotionally, he wanted to share a heartfelt message that would give everyone a small bit of happiness — especially for folks familiar with his past work as Sam Winchester on The CW's Supernatural.

Posting a picture of a pumpkin pie featuring a miniature of Supernatural's iconic 1967 Chevy Impala (with whipped cream to simulate the smoke!) on Instagram, Jared emphasized the importance of prioritizing self-care this time of year.

"Hey!! Dropping a line to say I hope y’all are taking care of yourselves this season," he wrote to his followers in the caption on December 9. "The holidays can be rough. But we’re in this together. Keep up the good fight!!! … PS: WHO MADE THIS?!!"

Upon seeing Jared's compassionate message, fans went to the comments to tell him how much his words meant to them.

"Thank [you] Jared really needed this today 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️," one person wrote. "Love you, J! Hope you’re doing well and you get some well deserved rest and family time this holiday season," another penned. "Thank you jared, your comforting words really made my day ❤️," a different follower added.

Even though Jared isn't keen on showing his life off-camera, we know one person in his family who loves to document family time. His wife Genevieve Cortese (with whom he shares sons Thomas and Shep, along with daughter Odette) decided to do it for him, as she posted an Instagram video of the couple attempting a unique core workout from the comfort of their home.

We so love to see moments like this, and it sounds like fans do as well!
