In the three weeks since Big Brother 26 began, houseguest Tucker Des Lauriers has already established himself as a legend. Tucker, a 30-year-old marketing and sales executive from Boston, Massachusetts, is one of the 16 houseguests competing in Big Brother 26. This year, the game has been full of twists and turns that have made it more challenging for the houseguests.
One of the biggest changes to Big Brother in season 26 is the Head of Household (HOH) nominates three houseguests for eviction each week instead of two. However, the most game-changing Big Brother 26 twist is that the three nominees compete in the BB A.I. Arena right before the vote, so the houseguests don't know who they'll be voting for until minutes before the live vote begins. Tucker has used this to his advantage during the game so far, creating chaos with his outrageous gameplay. Because of his fearless strategies, Tucker is already a Big Brother legend.

Unlike other Big Brother 26 houseguests who've been keeping such a low profile that it's easy to forget that they're in the game, Tucker has volunteered to be a pawn twice. In week 2, when Chelsie Baham was the HOH, Tucker volunteered to take Kenney Kelley's place on the chopping block after Kenney won the Power of Veto. Tucker then went on to win the BB A.I. Arena competition, guaranteeing his safety.
During week 3, Tucker once again volunteered as a pawn for HOH Cedric Hodges, and won the Power of Veto. However, instead of using it on himself, he came up with a plan to save Angela from the chopping block so that Cedric could try to backdoor Quinn Martin, who has the Deepfake HOH upgrade power. Tucker was enraged when Cedric nominated Makensy Manbeck instead, but Makensy used her America's Veto upgrade power to save herself from the chopping block. Quinn ended up on the chopping block when America nominated him.
Tucker then won the BB A.I. Arena competition again. The houseguests chose to keep Quinn in the game instead of Kenney, who they evicted. Tucker has proven to be the strongest competitor of the season, winning three crucial competitions. He works very well under pressure, and even came up with a genius strategy to win the week 3 BB A.I. Arena competition. Tucker sat on the vent that was blowing the balls around in his box, in order to prevent them from blowing away.
Big Brother 26 Houseguest Is Strategic As Well As Chaotic
Tucker Came Up With A Strong Plan To Further Himself In The Game
Although Tucker's plan to backdoor Quinn didn't work, it was still a really bold move for him to use the Power of Veto on someone other than himself. Only five other players in Big Brother history have used the Power of Veto on someone other than themselves, including Marcellas Reynolds (who saved Amy Crews), Dick Donato (who saved daughter Daniele Briones), Daniele (who saved Dick later that season), Brendon Villegas (who saved fiancée Rachel Reilly), and Matt Clines (who saved Jason Dent).
Tucker yelled at Cedric that he wouldn't have gone through with the plan if he knew that Cedric wasn't going to nominate Quinn. However, Cedric insisted that he warned him. Tucker argued that he didn't, but the footage showed that he actually did. Despite this, Tucker still put himself at risk in order to get the major player, Quinn, out of the game, which was a bold strategy. Saving Angela wasn't just chaotic for the sake of shaking up the game; it was based on Tucker's belief that he could beat Quinn and Angela couldn't.
In the first few weeks of Big Brother 26, Tucker is already a legend. No matter what happens next, he'll always be one of the most memorable Big Brother houseguests. Hopefully, Tucker will continue in Big Brother 26 so that he can continue to create chaos and dominate the game.
