WARNING! THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS ABOUT BIG BROTHER 26!
Big Brother 26 houseguest Angela Murray won the week 4 Head of Household (HOH) competition, but she didn't have the opportunity to nominate anyone for eviction because Quinn Martin activated his Deepfake HOH upgrade power to take over, and he nominated Tucker Des Lauriers, Makensy Manbeck, and Cedric Hodges for eviction. During the Big Brother 26 premiere, Quinn won the Deepfake HOH upgrade power, which allowed him to take over an HOH for a week in secret. However, Quinn told some of his fellow houseguests about the power, so now everyone knows it's him.
The Big Brother 26 live feeds have revealed that Quinn used his Deepfake HOH power to take over Angela's HOH reign and nominate Tucker, Makensy, and Cedric for eviction. Quinn's target is Tucker, which isn't surprising considering that Tucker had a plan to backdoor Quinn last week. Quinn was thinking about targeting Angela, but she earned safety by winning the HOH competition for the second time this season.
How Will The Rest Of Big Brother 26 Week 4 Play Out?
Many Things Could Change By Thursday's Live Eviction Episode
Although Tucker is Quinn's target, he's been dominating the competitions for the past two weeks, winning a Power of Veto competition and two BB A.I. Arena competitions. It's highly possible that Tucker will win the Power of Veto again, and, even if he doesn't, he'll be able to compete in the BB A.I. Arena. There's no telling who will be evicted for certain until the final nominees are determined right before Thursday's live eviction.
Because Quinn is aligned with so many people, as long as Tucker doesn't earn safety by winning the Power of Veto or the BB A.I. Arena competition, there's a good chance that he might be evicted this week. He's been a loose cannon in the game, and his blowup at Cedric when he thought Cedric blindsided him was especially troubling. Cedric had warned Tucker not to use his Power of Veto on Angela instead of himself, but Tucker insisted that he didn't. This kind of reckless and sloppy gameplay could make Tucker more enemies and cost him the game.
Now that both the America's Veto and the Deepfake HOH powers have been used, Big Brother will most certainly have even more twists and turns. In fact, CBS teased that, on Tuesday, August 13, a game-changing surprise will be announced in a special episode featuring Big Brother winners Jag Bains, Taylor Hale, and Cody Calafiore. The Big Brother 26 twists have been outrageous so far, so everyone should continue to "expect the unexpected."
